Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure resolution and management of issues within the agreed Service Level Agreements 
• Attend all issues lodged at IT Application Support Desk and make sure such issues are not repeated
• Provide excellent service to the internal and external customers of IT Application Support Desk 
• Ensure smooth operation on the applications assigned through continues monitoring, Improvements on the performance
• Assure 99.99% availability of the systems assigned

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Thorough understanding on Banking 
• Specialized in Credit Card Management System (Card Issuance, Card Managemnt, Fraud Guard, Collection Etc......)
• Fair knowledge on SQL
• Good communication skills, Oral & Written
• Excellent customer support skills
• Project Management Skills
• IT Degree related to Application Solutions
• 02 years experiences in a Credit Card Centre and minimum of 01 year work experience in a Commercial Bank 
• Passed at least 02 subjects at the G.C.E.(A/L) Examiniation
• Passed 06 subjects at the G.C.E.(O/L) Examiniation with 02 Credit Passes for Mathematics and English
