Requirements:
2 years experience food and beverage or hospitality industry
GCE O/L or higher qualification
Ability to understand written and spoken English and Sinhala
Flexibility to work on shift basis and on weekends (day or night, as rostered)
Willingness to follow 5S for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace
Personal Skills:
Good personal hygiene
Pleasant interpersonal skills
Friendly demeanour and ability to interact with customers graciously
Ability to manage crew members and organize workload under pressure
Self-motivated and pro-active
Quality conscious and detail oriented
