Leading multinational IT Sector currently looking out for candidates for the following position:

Mediation Expert

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• Experience: 3 -5 years.
• Should have hands on experience various OS/DB environments. E.g. ALX, Linux, Windows with Oracle, DB2 database exposure.
• Age : Below 35 
• Thorough knowledge in PL/SQL
• Experiencing in using Java, Web servers, shell scripting etc.
• Previous Telecom experience in a similar capacity specially in prepaid applications, specific skills in data warehousing concepts/work experience will be an added advantage
• Should be available on 24x7 shift operation and work on Holidays if required.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 24x7 Monitoring of all critical application systems
• Performing health check of all relevant systmes and highlight immediate corrective action, follow up the issue as per escalation matrix as appropriate till restoration of normal services to the customer.
• Ensure potential issues are arrested in a timely manner as per the set guidelines.
• Provide end user support for all applications managed by operations, team, use the tools as applicable.
• Accurate timely completion of all regular reports/ dashboards and other information published to customer.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and security as per internal guidelines published while supporting operations.
