- Should have a Degree or equivalent in HR
- Should possess 4+ years of overall experience in HR
- Proactive with a high level of ownership of work
- Should be able to work independently
- Highly enthusiastic and energetic
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude
- Be detail oriented
- Be IT Savvy and have strong MS Office skills
