The Job
Manager Sales Force Support & Administration will be responsible to efficiently and effectively manage and support the sales force requirements. The candidate should be able to motivate and retain the sales force successfully whilst providing comprehensive HRM services to field sales forces.
Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you would need to possess:
- A sound educational background.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales administration & sales support/sales management/marketing at managerial level.
- A high degree of communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak Sinhala/Tamil & English.
- Strong motivation to work for well-being of field sales staff and employees etc.
- Willingness to travel to regions/branch Offices Island wide.
- Below 40 years of age.
