Principal Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies in line with Dialog group strategy to ensure attainment of corporate objectives and goals.
• Prepare revenus budgets/ofrecasts for business units.
• Facilitate formation of projects (initiatives), carry out investment appraisals and rationalize CAPEXin line with organizational strategy.
• Carryout regular business and industry analysis to identify emerging market opportunities and challenges while providing guidance to sales, distribution & engineering teams.
• Formulate pricing strategy for new products / service and periodically update pricing models.
• Evaluating impact of tariff revision considering economic/industry treands and internal capabilities.
• Review & renew business KPIs in line with corporate objectives while benchmarking perofmance with industry best practices.
• Develop & implement of organisation-wide performance monitoring system for business units through monthly performance monitoring system for business units through monthly performance reports.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Should have a Degree in Telecommunication Engineering / Accountancy or Management from a recognized University with a First / Second Class Upper Division.
• Qualificatio in CIMA/CFA/ACCA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity.
• Should possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Should have strong organisationalskills.
