Job Role

Having selected, you will have to manage the human resources department, administration of hiring, retention, staff development, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and craft and execute long-term staffing strategies.

• Development of HR Strategies, Policies, Systems and Plans.
• Planning and staffing for human resource needs.
• Management and development of staff performance.
• Develop, Effective Employee Relations Programmers.

Competency-fit

As the Human Resource Manager, you are expected to be influential, empathetic, dependable and thorough on best global HR practices. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• 2-3 years related experience in Human Resources in a managerial position, preferably in an INGO.   
• Ideally a master’s degree with minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in HR field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong planning, supervisory, and management skills.
