Associate Application Support Engineer
- A Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT
- This role works within a 24x7 shift based operation
- Troubleshooting & analytical skills
- Should have a high level of initiative and follow-through
- High level of communication skills
- Knowledge on networking, SQL server, Oracle database systems, Windows/Linux operating systems and Java is an added advantage
