The Person will be responsible for developing patterns for sampling of new products according to client requirements, pattern grading, fabric consumption and modifications, also ensuring that right markers are supplied to line for cutting
Danam (Fiji) Limited is a manufacturer of Men's and Ladies woven apparel based in Fiji Islands (4 hours flight from
Australia), exporting products to Australia, USA and New Zealand. Danam is certified with WRAP and a winner of
various exporters' awards including the prestigious Fiji busines excellence award. We are looking for suitable qualified candidates to take up the position.
The Person will be responsible for developing patterns for sampling of new products according to client requirements, pattern grading, fabric consumption and modifications, also ensuring that right markers are supplied to line for cutting in a correct and efficient manner. Must be technically sound with thorough knowledge and experience in Gerber, Accumark 8.2 & PDS.
1 - Ladies-wear, Product: Knitted & Woven Ladies fashion wear
1 - General, Product: Woven Casual & Industrial wear
Minimum Qualification Required: graduate with 4-6 years experience in making patterns with computerized CAD system with preferred age between 24-32 years.

- Must possess good written and oral communication and organization and organizational skills depending on the roles above
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently & train others.
- Must be proactive, committed, good team player, positive with decision makiung and strong problem solving ability.
- Contract for the above positions are for 3 years & renewable on expiry.
- Company provides return air passage for contract, furnished housing, transport and medical insurance.
- The Salary will be not less than the SLBFE stipulated rates.
- Interviews done in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
