Danam (Fiji) Limited is a manufacturer of Men's and Ladies woven apparel based in Fiji Islands (4 hours flight from
Australia), exporting products to Australia, USA and New Zealand. Danam is certified with WRAP and a winner of
various exporters' awards including the prestigious Fiji busines excellence award. We are looking for suitable qualified candidates to take up the position.
These people will be responsible to initiate process improvements, provide technical support in production line, sample making/fits, advice on process engineering, methods/line layouts with SMV & needle, pressure foot, folders and other requirements. Also provide both development and Production line problem solving and must have thorough knowledge of quality, patterns, sewing skills, fabrication, specifications and client requirements. Ensures best practices in technical development.
1 - Ladies-wear, Product: Knitted & Woven Ladies fashion wear
1 - General, Product: Woven Casual & Industrial wear
minimum Qualification Required: Diploma in Garment / Apparel with 5-10 years experience with preferred age between 25-35 years.

- Must possess good written and oral communication and organization and organizational skills depending on the roles above
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently & train others.
- Must be proactive, committed, good team player, positive with decision makiung and strong problem solving ability.
- Contract for the above positions are for 3 years & renewable on expiry.
- Company provides return air passage for contract, furnished housing, transport and medical insurance.
- The Salary will be not less than the SLBFE stipulated rates.
- Interviews done in Colombo, Sri Lanka
