The Person

• Must be a member of CA Sri Lanka/ CIMA or ACCA. He will report to the CFO of the company.
• MSc in Finance or MBA would be added advantage.
• Should possess a minimum of 10 years progressive experience with 04 years on similar capacity.
• Have an up to date knowledge of current financial applications with exposure on ERP solutions would be added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English as well as excellent analytical and orgtanizational skills are pre-requisite.
• A mature individual poissessing business flair would add substantial value to the business.
• He should be self motivated team player with leader ship qualities, preferably above 35 years of age.

Requirement and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all accounting, financial reporting and treasury management activities of the company.
• Disseminating information to senior management, accountants and finace team through periodic discussions, meetings and reviews in order to facilitate effective financial and working capital management.
• Coordinating and assisting in developing annual business palns. 
• Introduction and implementation of strategic financial and operational mangement information systems, effective treasury management, internal controls and budgetary controls, profit / cost centre analysis, cash frecast and taxation.
• Keeping abreast of changes in statues particularly taxation regulations and accounting standards.
• Liaising with financial institutions, auditors, Department of Inland Revenue and other external institutions.
• Optimizing the effective working capital management and ensuring financial planning.
