PROJECT MANAGER:

MAIN DUTIES:

• Our projects require highly motivated individuals with experience in managing projects.
• Day to day activities include:
• You will need to be very client focused and feel comfortable in understanding and acting on customer needs. You will also be expected to contribute to tendering work.
• Project management of a portfolio of projects.
• Ensuring work is performed on-time, on-budget and to an exceptional level of quality
• Customer liaison.
• Communication with all levels board level to junior developer.
• Producing accurate pro ability, including project management plans, risk registers, progress reports and schedules.
• Communicating results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Essential qualifications, technical skills and experience include:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, an MBA or PMP qualification will be an advantage.
• 6 - 7 years of industry experience with minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Working to a higher degree of autonomy
• Budget management skills
• Expertise with project management tools
• Experience in configuration management tools

Essential soft skills include:

• A solid background in software and systems engineering
• Experience in line management duties
• Pro-active attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to go the “extra mile”
• Enjoys challenging work

Applicants should have excellent analytical and math skills, with the ability to work in teams.
