This Senior Management position will be responsible for all aspects of Accounting, Fionancial managemnt functions and will be required to provide leadership to the teams handling these roles.
The ideal candidate should have a complete qualification from a professional accounting body with minimum 5 years in a similar capacity in a reputed organization, "The selected candidate is expected to havea sound understanding and practical knowledge on accounting standareds/best practices/Tax directions and regulations.
Strong comceptual, analytical and financial decision making capabilities with a higher degree of written, negotiating and presentation skills and people managemnt skills are few key attributes sought.
Job entails Accounting, financial management, preparation of periodic management accounts at the dividisonal level, preparation of annuyal budgets, performance measurement and buidgetary control machanism, actively contribute in strategy formulation and implementation, ensure a proper accounting system with adequate control in line with the standards, liaising with external parties such as banks/staturoty bodies/auditors etc, overlooking the administration and operation of the division.
