Leads is a christian national NGO operating island wide, with a focus on community development and child protection projects. We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage, train, coordinate and monitor child centered community development projects.
- He / She must be well conversant in child protection procedures, policies and child rights
- Have good command of written and spoken Tamil, and be bilingual, preferably trilinguial with a good command of written and spoken English and /or Sinhala.
- Computer literacy is a pre requisite, with the ability to mange, analyze, collate data and generate project reports. The position will involve regular travel to all project areas for training, monitoring and field work
- The candidate should be able to work on his/ her own with a minimum superivision. Experiene in a recognized NGO in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
Salary Negotiable.
