An exciting and excellent opportunity for self motivated, committed individuals to take up responsibility as Branch Head/ Officer in Charge of the above mentioned proposed branch in our company. The selected candidate would be responsible for the overall performance of the branch whilst ensuring an efficient operation and management of resources. Candidate should display maturity, overall administrative skills and maintain sound relationships with all business partners, introducers and other intermediaries. He should possess minimum 4 years experience in handling and overlooking branch activities and operations with a proven track record in a similar capacity in a Registered Finance company/ Bank or any other Financial Institution. The selected candidate should posses a thorough know-how in carrying out Credit appraisals/ Evaluations, Deposit Mobilization, Pawning and preference would be given to individual who can converse fluently in English, Sinhala & Tamil based on the demographics. Suitable applicant should be above 27 years and intermediary qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK/Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM)/ Institute of Credit Management or any other qualification related to the industry would be an added advantage. He should posses an outgoing personality and have the ability to work long hours and be able to motivate and lead a young team of staff members to achieve the branch objectives and overall company goals.
