The Interior Décor Arm provides architects, interior designers and house builders with a wide range of world acclaimed building products comprising of carpets, vinyl, cladding, laminate/bamboo flooring, ceilings, office furniture etc. The products are backed by an experienced, trained and fully equipped installation unit. Company is a major supplier to the industry. Projects range from Hotels, Banks and Embassies to Government Institutions and Corporate offices.

Sales Manager (Cladding)  

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for establishing & implementing strategies in achieving the Annual Sales plan to achieve performance objectives of the company.
  • To achieve annual sales revenue, monthly sales revenue and volume targets while ensuring on time debtors collections, managing business partnerships with supplier agencies & distributor channels.
  • Leading, controlling, coaching and evaluating Sales & Marketing Team, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the employees towards optimum performance.
  • Identify future areas of growth potential & develop strategies for future business.
  • Build sound and lasting relationships with corporate clients. 

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing in a Management level within a similar (cladding)  industry will be an added advantage.
  • Full qualification in SLIM /CIM and or a suitable professional and academic qualification in line with the position, will be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer relationship and analytical skills, good interpersonal and presentational skills, inspirational leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales
  • Should be able to motivate, lead and drive a team of sales force
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stake holders.
  • An individual with a dynamic, professional and winning attitude
