A diligent , committed individual with a clear understanding of Sri Lankan workers’ compensation laws and OSHA (Occupational safety and Health Administration)
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of company employees as well as planning performance evaluations and training and managing our personnel department.
As our Safety Officer, you will be working closely with our Administration Department and be responsible for preventing accidents, analyzing safety issues and installing preventive measures.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in safety Engineering, Occupational safety or equivalent is mandatory, while a professional qualification/ certification in Occupational Safety would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a petrochemical manufacturing organization
- A diligent , committed individual with a clear understanding of Sri Lankan workers’ compensation laws and OSHA (Occupational safety and Health Administration)
- The ability to conduct training sessions on Occupational Health and Safety as well as maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
All candidates must be fluent speakers of English, preference will be given to candidates from the Hambantota District.
