As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of company employees as well as planning performance evaluations and training and managing our personnel department.

As the Civil Engineer on our team, you will play a fundamental role in the construction and subsequent maintenance of our factory premises as well as our office complex and staff quarters.

Requirements:

• A postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution as well as an official professional Engineer (PE) certification
•  A minimum of 12 years’ experience in a similar position
•  A committed, proficient and self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet set-targets and deadlines
• Strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
