A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution is mandatory, as is a professional certification in HRM
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of company employees as well as planning performance evaluations and training and managing our personnel department.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution is mandatory, as is a professional certification in HRM
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Experience or knowledge in labour law, collective bargaining, economics, management and organizational psychology would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in handling HRM databases
- A flexible and conscientious individual with the ability to multitask, and manage the needs of a large organization.Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
All candidates must be fluent speakers of English, preference will be given to candidates from the Hambantota District.
