Our Expectations:

• Bachelor’s Degree I Accountancy/Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent)
•  Part qualification in CIMA ICASL, ACCA qualification or an equivalent qualification.
• More than 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing / Customers Services background.
• Knowledge of International Trade Finance, Inco Terms & Credit Insurance – desirable.
•  Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with Computer & SAP Systems.
• Outstanding personality in communication and interpersonal relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of international customers spanning the globe, by working closely with internally dispersed sales managers & other colleagues.
•  Ensure timely collections & limit the Company’s credit risk & exposure, whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Possess excellent negotiation & relationship management skills, with the confidence & temperament suited to dealing with global multi-national companies.
• Have knowledge of L/C & other international trade finance documentation & be able to liaise extensively with local & foreign banks in relation to the same.
