Minimum of 4 years experience in a Bank Financial Institution or Finance related work with exposure to risk analysis and portfolio management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Bank / Financial Institution or Finance related work with exposure to risk analysis and portfolio management
OR
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Bank/Financial Institution or Finance related work with exposure to risk analysis and portfolio management
- A full/part qualification in Banking (CBF) or CIM /CIMA (completion of the 2nd stage)
Special Skills:
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Job Profile:
- Visiting existing clients and their major debtors in order to maintain a very good relationship
- Acting for ARM in his absence and Initiate action/advise clients on all factoring aspects
- Assisting ARMs to lead portfolio to achieve growth in factoring utilization levels and drive towards achieving the set revenue target.
- Ensure minimum non performing ratio in factoring portfolio
- Ensure compliance of all factoring transactions relating to the portfolio and thereby guide the team in line with the Bank’s credit policy
