Human Resource Manager:

Requirements:

  • You will be required to drive Human Resources activities of the company and should be a natural self-starter with ability to work independently and should have a high success rate of following job responsibilities.
  • Aspiring candidates should be fully conversant with best HR Practices and all HR Processes which includes Recruitment & selection, Learning and development, Performance evaluations, Compensation & Benefits and all the modern HR Strategies and exposure to Administration functions.
  • Active and dynamic personality with a desire to work in a methodical manner.
  • Ability to take independent decisions while working with multiple teams.
  • The applicants who have been in the IT and Telecommunication Industries will have a distinct advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a professional with excellent academic records, preferably with a degree from a recognized university / Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in a HR Generalist position including at least 3 years in managerial   level role.
