Higher Diploma or Diploma Level qualification in graphic design from a recognized institution. Possess excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

 

The Colombo Plan is an inter-governmental organization with membership of 27 countries for Cooperative Economic and Social Development in Asia and the Pacific.

We require a creative, enthusiastic, and flexible, outgoing and ability to think out of the box graphic designer to join our team of professionals on a full time basis.

The graphic designer will work as a team member part of the IT unit and will produce artwork/designs, layouts for digital banners, posters, exhibition graphics, booklets, brochures, publication, etc,. He/She should also be able to handle all printing requirements as and when required.

The graphic designer should also be committed to achieve deadlines, work under pressure, be self-motivated and should be able to work harmoniously in a multi cultural working environment.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or Diploma Level qualification in graphic design from a recognized institution.
  • Possess excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Possess a good knowledge in digital and off-set printing.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity;
  • Experience in the usage Adobe Creative Suite – Indeisgn, Photoshop, Illustrator and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is a must.
  • Knowledge of using Apple Mac/ PC Operating Systems.

Language Requirements:

  • Ability to speak, write and read English language.
