MAINTENANCE MANAGER:
We are on the look-out for competent ‘Male Resident Maintenance Manager’ for a Residential Muslim Girls School off the Colombo-Kandy Road approx 50 km from Colombo. The facility has a capacity for 1,000 residents with over 12 buildings set on a site of about 9 acres.
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates approximately 45 years of age
- Should be educated to an appropriate level with additional technical courses and training.
- At least five years experience in similar capacity is necessary.
- Knowledge of motor mechanism and general technical know-how to be able to keep the facilities in good working order is required.
Job Profile:
- To overlook the day to day maintenance of the infrastructure of the School.
- Maintenance would cover the electrical and water distribution systems, sewerage systems, buildings, kitchen gas and fire equipment, play areas, etc.
- Should be able to provide regular reports on maintenance activities to the Management.
