Senior Release Engineers:

Requirements:

• Primary owner of build and release tools and processes.
• Own the release infrastructure for multiple Leapset projects.
• Implement processes and build tools to support continuous integration and testing.
• Function as an evangelist for good software engineering practices.
• Help define best practices for source control, continuous integration, automated testing and release management.

Qualifications:

• First degree in a related area and minimum of 3 years of experience on commercial software.
• Mastery of source control tools such as SVN.
• Experience writing shell scripts and working with distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Amazon, AWS, Eucalyptus, Open Stack.
• Able to multi-task and run parallel release initiatives.
• Experience developing software for GNU/Linux systems and MySQL DB is advantageous.
• Significant work and contributions to one or more open source projects will be a plus.
• QA experience, including automated test development will be beneficial.
• Strong communication and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
