NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - MEDICAL DIVISION:
THE JOB:
Responsible to achieve the annual and long term sales objectives of the company, select, organize, co-ordinate and direct all sales activities. Responsible for the implementation of the company's competitive strategy of the business unit in conjunction with the otehr business units of ALPL, to aggressively increase market share sales and profits.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering, Post graduate qualification in business or marketing preferred.
- Five years national and international experience as a sale manager of independent rep groups and Key Accounnts.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong negotiating & Diplomacy skills able to diffuse stressful situations. Able to work with many diffirent personality types to achieve goals.
- Capable of delivering high impact presentations in front of large groups
- Strong technical background with a proven track record in achieving sales plans.
- Extensive sales management experience, preferably in the medical/scientific industry, with a demonstrable proven track record of success.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MEDICAL DIVISION:
THE JOB:
Responsible for planning and implenting sales activities and taking corrective action when necessary in order to achieve company goals and objectives while maintaining the consolidating of existing buisness & growth of top 20 customer segments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Science with Chemistry or equivalent or G.C.E. A/L Science with minimum of 2 years experience in sales & Marketing.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages
- Industry/Company Product applicationsupport & service knowledge
- Good communication & interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Commerce or Science or equivalent.
- 3 years in Sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical/medical device sector.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Industry/Company Product applicationsupport & service knowledge
- Excellent technical and communication skills
