JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries/cmplaints regarding products and services
• Coordinate with internal departments in order to resolve customer issues
•  Track and report relevant customer care performance metrics
• Capature and apply customer feedback

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

• Should possess good secondary education
• Diploma in Marketing would be preferred 
• Should have excellent writen and verbal commuication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Age below 25 years

TELEPHONE OPERATOR/ RECEPTIONIST

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

• Excellent communicationskills and fluency inboth sinhala and English
• A minimum of 3 passes at A/Level Examiniation
• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including a flair for Public Relations
• Should be able to work independently
• Female, below 25 years of age
