We are a well reputed BIO Approved Company engaged inthe Apparel Industry for over 25 years and are in need of a suitable professional to fill the key position in our Apparel Manufacturing Plant located in Colombo.
You will be responsible for handling theentire process of the Manufacturing plant indupendently and improve the manufacturing process to meet the future challenges of the global apparel market.
- Ability to handle independently 4 production lines producing both knitted & woven fashion garments
- Should be able to work under pressure and drive the production team towards deadlines/targets/quality and be a performance oriented team player.
- Must have planning and Organizing Skills and be able to improve the efficiency and productivity.
- Good knowledge in Industrial Engineering will be an addedadvantage.
- Should posess excellent team managemnt, leadership and motivational talents with strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal applicant shoud have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing production process in an apparel manufacturing plant and thorough knowledge in technical and quality aspects is a must.
