We are currently seeking for vibrant Java Developers with a strong desire for quality and ability to take the customer’s point or view and attention to detail.

Job Scope

• Working with the team to develop applications throughout their life cycle from design, development, testing, deployment, and support.(Web interface design and implementation of complex business rules)
• Tackling challenging functional and technical problems.
• Ability to trouble shoot on remote systems.
• Ability to study external specifications/ white papers and design/develop systems accordingly.
• Working with other team members in accomplishing group objectives.
• Ensuring the stability, security and availability of applications.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant company standards and guidelines.

Applicants Profile

• Experience with web technologies such as Servlet, JSP, HTML, AJAX, JQuery, Java Script, XSLT.
• Sound knowledge on Industry standard Application Servers. (Web Sphere, Jboss & Apache Tomcat.)
• Experience on TCP/IP Socket Programming.
• Experience with version control/bugs tracking system such as SVN, Bugzilla.
• Good SQL and PL/SQL scripting knowledge.
• Experience in working with databases, Oracle, Postgre, IBM DB2 and MS SQL server will be an added advantage.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel abroad very frequently is a must.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Ability to organize implementation activities effectively, perform under pressure, resourceful and attention to details.
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Knowledge on banking functions and applications would be a plus point

Required Qualifications

• B. Sc. Degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Minimum 01 year of Software development experience – preferably in J2EE.
