LAUGFS, a truly Sri Lankan conglomerate engaged in the diversified business operations with 20 subsidiary companies,is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, professionals for the following capacities for LAUGFS Supermarket (Pvt) Ltd; a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings Limited with over 800 employees around the island.
Manager - HRD:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Professional qualifications in Human Resources Management from the recognized institute.
- Age below 40 years
- 5 years’ experience in core HR functions in a reputed business organization. (Experience in modern trade/leisure will have a definite advantage in Similar Capacity)
- Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience in implementation of HRIS will have a definite advantage.
- Fully conversant with the prevailing Labor laws of the country.
Pharmacists:
- GCE (O/L) with English.
- GCE (A/L) with Chemistry
- Diploma in pharmacy of a university/ institution recognized by the University grant Commission/Ceylon Medical College Council.
- Certificate in Pharmacy issued by the Ceylon Medical College Council, with minimum of one year post qualifying experience in issuing drugs of a registered Pharmacy of a public/ corporation/ board/ reputed medical establishment.
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage.
Assistant Pharmacists:
- GCE (O/L) with English.
- GCE (A/L) with Biology.
- Should be registered with Sri Lankan Medical Council as an apprentice Pharmacist.
- Should have 3 year experience in a Hospital or pharmacy.
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage.
Trainee Cashier:
- GCE (0/L) including the subject of Mathematics and English.
- GCE (A/L)
- Age 18- 25 years
Data Entry Operator(DEO):
- GCE (A/L)
- Computer literacy - MS Office 2010
- One year service experience Similar Capacity with 35 words per minute
Customer Service Assistant:
- GCE (O/L)
- Age 18 -28
