Business Analyst
We seek a young, dynamic individual to be recruited as Business Analyst
You should be a Passed Finalist of CIMA or ACCA possessing 2 years of experience in the commercial sector with hands on experience in the area of financial accounting preferably in a customer service oriented environment.
Being an analytical thinker and attention to detail in documenting and analyzing for business process improvement and business processes re-engineering (BPR) is vital for this role. You will be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel and MS Visio. Exposure to projects related to transitioning finance & accounting processes and skills in Process Mapping would be an added advantage.
As a team player and an effective communicator who has a strong command in written and spoken English and Sinhala, you will have the ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with colleagues and clients. The upper age limit for this position is 25 years.
The remuneration plan for the above position is competitive and the rewards are performance driven.
