Degree or professional qualification in HRM at IPMNIBM or any other recognized institute. Below 50 years of age
A leading GLOBAL Hotel chain is looking for the above (Human Resources Manager).
Key job functions
- Develop and execute recruitment plans in order to hire and retain the best talent in the Market
- Plan, co-ordinate and execute all HR functions in consultation with the Chairman and relevant heads of departments in order to ensure effectiveness of company’s key HR processes
- Plan, conduct and personally supervise training and development programmes, staff discipline in order to ensure effectiveness of key HR processes
- Drive the company’s performance management of its effectiveness towards achieving of overall organisational goals
- Liaise with company lawyers & secretaries in relation to legal matters,
- Overlook day to day Administration functions of the company
Requirements
At least 8 years experience in the field of HR out or which 5 years should be in a managerial level in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY is a MUST
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM at IPM/NIBM or any other recognized institute
- Below 50 years of age
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices & labour regulations
- Good organization skills and ability to multitask and manage a wide scope of initiatives
- Self motivated and a good team player
- Highly developed oral & written communication skills in English
- Good time management
- Leadership skills
