Jungle Beach in Kuchchaveli and Uga Bay in Pasilkudah are designed to provide uniquely different boutique beach resort experiences.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative General Manager to oversee, co-ordinate and manage all requirements of small luxury UGA Escapes properties on the east coast of Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will:

• Have hands-on general managerial experience in an Asian environment with 5 years experience in similar small luxury properties
• Maintain personal contact with guests, take ownership and provide leadership in Guest Satisfaction and Brand Standard Programs.
• Have a strong working knowledge in Food & Beverage and be able to demonstrate significant achievements throughout a career.
• Must understand that UGA Escapes hospitality standards are based upon an employee centric model of ensuring continuous employee development and training
• Must have strong understanding of financial statements and budgets and a reputable property management system.
