Diagnostic Accoutant:
Our client who is specialized in the area of investment research support services to leading global investment banks and hedge funds is looking forward to recruite a Diagnostic Accountant.
Requirements:
- ICASL Member or Passes Finalist status (with at least a B-grade pass in Accounting and Audit subjects)
- A minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Very good working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Excel and MS Word
- Good analytical and number cruching skills, and conceptual thinking.
Job Description:
- Study annual reports and other publicly available information on companies, and identify any material issues/concerns and deviations from relevant local and international accounting standards.
- Identify instances in which financial statements do not record the economic substances of a transactions or possess inaccurate accounting, or where the accounting treatement may be misused to change the outlook of results.
