DMS software Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a Software wing of DMS – Group. Specializes in Business Application Software Development and BPO Solutions for customers in Sri Lanka and overseas.

We design and develop mission critical applications using Microsoft.Net technology for many large government and private organizations. We require creative, self-motivated young information technology professional to join our team.

Looking for exceptional Individuals:

This position requires guiding a team of software developers towards the delivery of critical software projects for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, Microsoft client and server infrastructure knowledge, strong knowledge of the software release lifecycle, strong multi-tiered application and database development abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Large scale Microsoft.Net solutions based on industry ‘best practices’
• Design, Architect and Develop Microsoft.Net solutions based on suitable design patterns
• Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into suitable solution architecture
• Identify technical issues and provide resolution
• Ability to conduct formal and informal training and learning sessions.

Required Skills/ Experience:

Expert Knowledge in Areas (Mandatory):

• Microsoft Technologies - .Net Framework, SQL Server and 4+ years of hands on experience in all phases of Full SDLC for Enterprise level Applications
• ASP.NET, C#, .NET, XML, ADO.Net, Web Services
• Relational database- MS SQL Server

Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/ optional):

• Design Patterns
• OOAD
• Windows Communication Foundation
• Microsoft Share Point
• Microsoft Biz Talk
• Microsoft Commerce Server
• Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
• Technical documentation

Education:

• Graduates/ Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering, Science Graduates, Professional Degrees
