AREA MANAGER:

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve the set out asset, liability and profitability targets of the branches in the area, by establishing a strong sales & services culture and customer relationship management processes
• Lead, guide and motivate branches to achieve set objectives
• Accomplish laid down productivity and efficiency targets whilst ensuring that braches under your purview adhere to laid down benchmark service standards

Qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in a commercial bank  with exposure to branch banking, credit and sales out of which 05 years at a managerial level
• A Degree of a professional qualification in Marketing/banking or Management would be advantageous
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
