Organization of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka is apex body 0f 43 Associations. We are looking for dedicated and experienced Individual to fill the following position.
Administrative Assistant:
Duties and Resgonsibilities:
•Prepare agendas and reports for committees
•Follow-up agreed actions
•Maintain up-to-date files, records of documents
•Provide logistical support for programs and events
•Coordinate committee meetings
•Good Administration and Planning
General Qualifications and Experience:
•G.C.E Advanced Level as minimum qualification
•A Bachelor of Degree or Professional qualification is an advantage
•Minimum of 5 Years Experience
•Strong English Language skills (Including Excellent writing and communication skills)
•Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office
•Ability to perform well in a team environment
•Should be an out-going and dynamic Individual
