Our client is a vibrant and diversified property construction and real estate development organization, committed to provide services of high quality with speed and care in constructing metropolitan, highly sophisticated high-rises according to the requirements of reputed investors.They are currently seeking results-oriented and self-motivated professionals with a high level of commitment, competence and adaptability, to take over the following positions.

Overseas exposure in work related to high-rise constructions, will be a distinct advantage.

Chief Executive Officer [CEO] (ES01/1387- I)

Key Responsibilities:

•Create superior customer service delivery, well organized operational mechanisms and smooth cash flow management achieving an acceptable ROI, with strategic focus on sustainable,competitive and overall performance excellence. Provide excellent management leadership in utilizing and developing the capabilities of the company and partner with clients in assessing their businesses and implementing the appropriate business solutions.

•You will report to the Managing Director and will lead a team of professionals along with skilled and semi-skilled workers.

Prerequisites:

•A Degree or Professional qualification in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Project Management.

•An MBA or MSc., will be an added advantage

•At least 15 years of relevant work experience in the field of construction. of which at least 5 years should be in a senior managerial position

•Good technical skills and knowledge in construction technology and materials

•Strong leadership, and excellent managerial & inter-personal skills.

General Manager (ES01/1387- II)

Key Responsibilities:

Create a superior administration service, well organized operational mechanisms and smooth work flow management achieving an acceptable ROI, focusing on sustainable, competitive and overall performance excellence. Provide excellent general management and leadership in utilizing and developing the capabilities of the staff and partner with clients in assessing their businesses and implementing the appropriate general management solutions.

You will report to the CEO and will liaise with a team of professionals along with skilled and semi-skilled workers.

Prerequisites:

•A Degree or Professional qualification in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Project Management, or related discipline

•At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of construction, of which at least 3 years should be in a senior managerial position

•Good technical knowledge and awareness of construction field operations

•Strong leadership and excellent managerial & inter-personal skills

•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
