Save the Children - Sri Lanka office [SC] is part of the world’s largest independent movement for children working in 120
countries. Save the Children is a non religious, non political, independent international organization working for the protection and the full realization of child rights. The four thematic areas of the Save the Children programme are:
(a) Child Protection
(b) Education
(c) Nutrition
(d) Child Rights Governance.
Responding to emergencies also remains a priority. Our projects, both self implemented and in partnership with local organizations are carried out in over 18 locations throughout the country. We are looking for a committed, creative and an energetic individual to join our team as;
MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION
The post holder is required to provide leadership, direction and management support to the development of Human Resources, Personnel Administration and Office Administration in achieving Save the Children’s mission.
The post holder is responsible for functioning of the HR and Admin units and leading the team by providing strategic and operational guidance.

This position would initially be up to a period of two years
Age limit at Save the Children is 60 years.
The service of all Save the Children staff is transferable at any given point of time
Ability and willingness to travel to all parts of the country is essential.
