Legal Officer

Job Profile:

ØShould possess a fair knowledge of Trade Marks and Intellectual Property matters.

ØDrafting, reviewing and executing Commercial Agreements.

ØExamination in title to land and attending to Notarial work.

ØAttending to matters pertaining to Litigation.

Personal & Skills Profile:

ØShould be an Attorney-at-Law with a Notaries Licence to practice in English in District of Colombo.

ØShould have at least 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.

ØHaving a L.L.B. Degree and previous experience in the corporate sector would be advantageous.

ØShould possess a good command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate.

ØShould be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self starter who can work with minimum supervision.
