Job Description: Manager IT

Job Responsibilities:

•   Oversee daily IT operation, support users capacity development.
•   Understand new business process, complies it, conduct feasibility and work with Central IT Team to  get technical solution.
•   Monitor major projects, priorities, standards, procedures and overall IT performance.
•   Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels.
•   Supervise a team of workers, communicates effectively with Brac International Head Office to identify directions and execute business solutions.
•   Oversee IT projects in alignment with organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of networks, development and disaster recovery systems and processes.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Computer Science/Information System Graduate with MBA specialization in Finance/Accounting/Banking/MIS and with no 2^nd Class/Division or CGPA below 3.5/4.00 at any level of educational qualifications. For highly experienced candidate in Banking/Finance sector, educational qualification can be minimized.

Experience Requirements:

•   At least 8 years’ experience among which at least 2 years in Bank/Finance/Leasing institutions.
•   Professional Requirements:
•   Experience to convert to Banking/Financing/Leasing ERP solution.
•   Good knowledge in System Analysis, design, Accounting, Finance and related business.
•   Demonstrated hands-on experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 administration of mission critical applications including JAVA, SQL server 2008/Oracle/MySQL, Asp.Net, PHP.
•   Good knowledge on Cloud Computing, Network/Cloud Security, LAN/WAN management.

Additional Requirement:

•   Fluent in English.
•   Should possess sound leadership qualities and ability to handle critical issues.
•   Should possess expert management & presentation skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Salary: USD 1,500.00 per month (consolidated)
