Production Trainees (Male)
We are an internationally reputed BOI approved rubber products manufacturing company in Piliyandala, catering exclusively to the export market. With expansion and development plans of the company, we seek to employ dynamic, result oriented and self-motivated young individuals for the above position.
The Job after the training period of 12 months
· Execution of Compounding, Rotocure and Pressing processes in enhanced productivity levels while ensuring safety as per production plan.
· Providing leadership to motivate the production team and coordinate with other departments ensuring smooth flow of operations.
Qualifications
· All subjects passed in GCE A/L Maths / Bio Science
· Ability to work in English & Sinhala
Training will be provided at relevant departments of the company. Working hours will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. Also, in the alternative, he should be willing to do 8 hour shifts in a 24 hour operation. However, the candidate may have to work longer hours as and when necessary.
During Training Period : Monthly Allowance of Rs.20, 000/- paid. Medical insurance cover and appointment to Assistant Line Manager on an enhanced salary after the training.
Free accommodation will be provided if required.
