We seek young, intelligent and positive minded individuals with good language proficiency skills (Sinhala, Tamil & English) to be a part of our dynamic team of call center operatives. Ideal candidates are required to disseminate accurate information to customers, research required information using available resources, follow up on customer quires whilst exhibiting clarity of thought and maintain patience when interacting with customers. Selected candidates are required to work on shift basis, manage stress levels when interacting with customers, empathize with customers and observe perfect telephone etiquette.

You should possess the following requirements;

·         Good Communication & Listening Skills

·         Ability to work independently & as a team to achieve customer satisfaction

·         Ability to manage multiple assignments

·         Qualifications in Marketing, communications or Customer Relationship Management would be an added qualification.

·         Preferably prior exposure to a call center environment

·         Age below 25 years

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to commensurate with qualifications & experience.
