Call Center Executive
Responsibilities:
· Manage team performance to achieve or exceed established goals
· Work with management to develop team goals
· Analyze information such as performance, data outputs and reports and communicate relevant information
· Responsible for achieving overall targets assigned to the Call Center team
Requirements:
· Female 23-35 years old
· Strong evaluation and analytical skills
· Dependable and has good work ethics
· Attention to details
· Possesses a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
· Fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively also ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage
· A strong team player and a Service oriented person
· Previous work experience in banking environment would be an added advantage
Call Center Agent
Responsibilities:
· Handling all inbound phone calls in a professional manner
· Making calls to existing and new customers using customer databases
· Converting sales leads to sales
· Provide customer support by giving details about the bank's products and services
Requirements:
· Three passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level
· Fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively also ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage
· Possesses a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
· Be computer literate
· Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
· Previous work experience in banking environment would be an added advantage
