In 1993, we created a revolution with the introduction of Sri Lanka's first private radio station. New ideas, new technology and effectively, a new way of thinking bought about a whole new broadcast culture. Our work in the broadcast industry has since received worldwide recognition, particularly when we won the 'Oscar' of radio awards - The NAB International Broadcast Excellence Award, in 1997. TNL Radio Network has consistently embraced innovation and new technology, having been the first radio station in South East Asia to establish a website and the second in South Asia to stream online. As we continue to reinvent the face of radio, we are on the lookout to, creative and motivated individuals to be part of our dynamic and ever-expanding team

Radio Personalities - TNL Radio/Lite FM

TNL Radio and Lite FM are searching for full-time and part-time radio personalities, responsible for shaping the on-air sound of Sri Lanka's leading top 40 and adult contemporary music stations.

You will be accountable for hosting an island wide radio show, driving content that is as entertaining as it is informative, keeping the program moving, and creating a sense of urgency in the on-air dynamic. Responsibilities include creatively developing topics, executing keen interviewing techniques, and working with marketing, research and promotions teams to cultivate and develop the show. The right candidate is knowledge-able, articulate, and able to present commentary in an easily digestible fashion, and open to feedback on broadcast technique and performance. A perfect command of English is vital, as is an active interest in the field of music and the ability to work flexible hours.
