JOB PURPOSE:

Efficiently look after the day to day work and carryout the activities related to the land in Riyadh (aprrox. 20,000 sq.mtr.) which run as a hobby farm / club house.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description of Work

Knows about farming and gardening. Growing plants, grass, fruits, vegetables.Have Knowledge and able to plant and grow  ( Vegetables  / Fruits ) in  green houses

Looks after the animals and feed them in a specialized manner. (Such as goats, cow, chicken, etc.)

Knowledge of operating and maintaining the generator and any other electronic devices which is in the farm.

Knowledge in water and irrigation system. (Basically the new methods of watering plants in gulf region countries, since there is a hot atmosphere)

Carry out the work as a care taker and prepare tea and meals, when needed.

Familiar with chemical and fertilizer usage.

Able to start from the scratch.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Should have knowledge in Farming Techniques with familiarity in animal caring.

SKILLS:

Should have prior experience as a Farmer, Care Taker and familiar with maintenance requirements of modern farming equipments.Good spoken English is mandatory. Should have the knowledge in understanding of Arabic.

EXPERIENCE:

10 years experience as a Farmer / Animal Care Taker and familiar with running a holiday house. Possibly with a hospitality background and sensitivity to cross cultural issue.
