We seek a social media/digital marketing executive who can support a variety of interactive-based activities. This individual must be highly proficient in the digital marketing space as well as curious and proactive about learning, researching and implementing a variety of interactive tactics.

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in the industry, a friendly personality, be a team player and have an excellent command of English. You should possess the drive to learn and continuously improve on work performances.

Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Serve as the decision maker for all activity pertaining to the company owned channels

·         Set tone and voice for the company's initiatives on social media channels

·         Identify issues and trends in the social media space and assess emerging channels which can be marketed to the clients.

·         Respond and react to changes within social networks —functionality, etiquette, reporting etc

·         Write and develop digital marketing and social media plans, reports and recaps.

·         Research, gather and analyze relevant information to support clients interactive campaigns.

·         Set up and monitor social media and website analytics tools; generate analytics reports.

·         Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online

Experience/Skills Required:

·         Previous experience of running/maintaining/managing social media campaigns in a variety of SM platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, etc.

·         Ability to develop web applications.

·         Be engaged in the social media space in a professional capacity.

·         Passionate about staying on top of trends in social media and interactive technology

·         Experience in utilizing Web analytics took and generating reports

·         Experience with website optimization technique, a plus

·         Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings

·         Solid writing skills

SMO Specialist

Responsibilities

·         Establish Relationship with online community by identifying Key influencers & communities that fit our online strategy.

·         Implement the social media strategy: created comprehensive social media strategy and define marketing techniques that increase visibility and traffic.

·         Experiment and come up with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.

·         Monitor trends and applications in social media tools and ensure that all of the company's social media tools are kept up to date.

·         Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.

·         Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Linkedln, Twitter etc. and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

·         Monitor and measure the impact of social media programs.

·         Analyze and review weekly and monthly reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

·         Works closely with the other team members to meet company goals.

·         Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Degree in Marketing, E- Business, Communication or related field

·         At least 3 year experience is a must preferably in interactive marketing or public relations

·         Familiarity with one or more social media listening flat forms

·         Exceptional writer and editor for varied audiences and ability to communicate in a direct, concise mariner, while also making the content interesting and compelling.

·         General computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress blog site, Skype video chat

·         Experience with social media tools and analytics, including Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, CoTweet, Flickr, Klout, and TweetStats

·         Has sound judgment and can think quickly on his/her feet and prioritize/manage multiple deadline-driven projects.

·         Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels to meet organizational goals.

Social Media Strategist

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all Clients brands and products

·         Lead the development of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media

·         Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success

·         Mentor and provide training to communication and management professionals throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks

·         Work with all [insert company] brands to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns

·         Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely

Skills & Qualifications:

·         BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university and 3-5 years experience in advertising, communications, marketing, or public relations

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Knowledge of graphic design best practices and principles for both print and web projects

·         Strong technical background with advanced computer skills

·         Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as well as independently

·         Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

·         A solid understanding of ethical search engine optimization techniques

Interactive Media Specialist

·         Generate, update, and maintain editorial content for PCORI web site. Maintain overall quality control and currency of the website.

·         Develop compelling online content that resonates with key audience groups, including audio and video content and interactive features.

·         Produce stories, profiles, and post press releases.

·         Work closely with social media specialist to create and distribute content for social media.

·         Collaborate with Associate Director of Digital Media and the engagement, science and contracts management teams to ensure web site meets the needs of our diverse constituencies and ensure that web content can be disseminated broadly across the web.

·         Develop, execute and track email campaigns including monthly newsletters for various audiences.

·         Regularly monitor email and web performance metrics, advising the Associate Director of needs and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree required; specialization in communications, journalism, interactive communications, information technology, web production, design or related field strongly preferred. Specialization in health care or health policy a plus.

·         Four to ten years of web publishing and production experience, preferably in communications environment.

·         Superior technical skills, especially web/HTML skills and video production and editing. Experience with standards-compliant HTML/XHTML and CSS, web publishing software, web design tools, and content management systems.

·         Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively required.

·         Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.

·         Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors at all levels to meet organizational goals.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Publisher, Google Analytics, PhotoShop, HTM L. Content management systems including Drupa I and Word Press. InDesign, Final Cut, SharePoint, audio editing programs.

·         Strong understanding and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics), and SEO.

Social Media Strategic Assistant

Responsibilities

·         Foster a sense of community around the brand by building relationships with consumers and brand advocates

·         Brainstorm creative ideas with the social media team

·         Monitor key online conversations on company social media pages, blogs, messages boards, and community forums

·         Listen to consumers and respond to their inquiries, gather their feedback, and thank them for their input
