Job Profile
· Ensure the smooth progress of all Legal Cases
· Represent the Bank in Court Cases filed against default Clients and Guarantors
· Represent and protect the interests of the Bank at Arbitration proceedings
· Handle all matters relating to leased assets taken into Police custody
· Handle all matters relating to Bonded vehicles
· Achieve financial targets in respect of recovery of Bad Debts by facilitating negotiated settlements and monitoring and following up on collections from default clients
