Infliight Service Officer

The incumbent will be mainly engaged in;

·         Compilation and production of catering specification check list and related schedules for dispatch to respective caterers system wide.

·         Assisting inflight Service Manager (F&B) in menu implementation on board, coordinating and supervising logistical activities involve in the preparation of Menu Cards for appropriate services.

The applicants should possess the following minimum requirements:

·         6 Passes at GCE 0/L with 4 Credits in one sitting which may include a Credit for English. A Credit for English obtained in not more than 2 sittings is mandatory.

·         2 years of Food & Beverage experience.

OR

·         6 Passes at GCE OIL with 4 Credits in one sitting which may include a Credit for English. A Credit for English obtained in not more than 2 sittings is mandatory.

·         Full or part professional qualification with 2 years of Food & Beverage experience.

AND

·         Sound knowledge of Computer literacy in Excel/Page maker/Photo shop is mandatory.

Those with outgoing personalities, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment will be given preference.

Upper age limit: 30 years as at 19th November 2012.

Employment will be offered on fixed term contract.
