Our plant in Jordan is operational now and we have a vibrant and a contended workforce of 1500 Sri Lankans working with us in Jordan.
Human Resources Executive cum Compliance Officer
Should possess a sound education with 2-3 years Experience in a similar position and have a thorough knowledge of the day to day functions of the HR department. Should also be able to maintain Time, Attendance and Overtime Records and the Payroll on a software package and Sound knowledge in labor law and buyer’s compliance & C-TPAT standards
Should be able to draft letters and in English and preferably in Sinhalese too using the computer.
The selected person will be required to attend to all matters arising from Time & Attendance, preparation of the payroll accurately, Maintaining the Personal Files, Renewal of Work Permits, Arranging for Medical tests etc.
Salary Negotiable
All positions for the successful candidates will be on a 3-year single basis contract with free Accommodation, Food and Airfare to Jordan and back at the completion of the contract.
